JYM have been successful in: 

• Widening our client base JYM have also recently been appointed on the new North West Construction Hub framework for Project Management and look forward to the framework launch next month and the opportunities this might bring to work with our local councils.
• JYM have recently achieved planning permission for a local client on a large mixed use residential and industrial site in Chorley. The team are hoping to move forward with the client and the Council to regenerate this and other sites in the Chorley area.
• JYM have been appointed by Royal Mail to manage their 2012/13 programme of Planned Maintenance Works at 39 properties in the North West under the Royal Mail Building Surveying Framework.
• As UKBS we have been appointed by Abbeyfield Care Homes to manage the refurbishment/alteration works to 13 of their care homes in Lancashire, Cumbria, Merseyside and Greater Manchester.
